Tobias Goulet became interested in wood working in his father’s shop at an early age. In 1996 he and his father started Goulet Furniture, which to this day produces high end custom furniture. Working at Furniture by Dovetail, Tobias further honed his skills working with exotic hardwoods to produce pieces for their Newbury St gallery. He left their employment in the spring of 2006, and began working with Toomey Construction, building custom homes in central Massachusetts, including a log cabin for his father. Tobias moved to Rhode Island in the winter of 2006 where he worked as a finish carpenter creating custom restaurant interiors for Kyla Coburn Designs. In addition to his craftsmanship Tobias is also a professional photographer with a keen eye for architecture. Photography has served to further hone his attention to detail and quality.
